This portfolio kit contains an ai-optimized template and agent files to help you launch a portfolio site in less time. It's meant for non-designers; biasing a bit more towards writing and data than visual storytelling.

Design ops work doesn't hand you a visual story. The wins are often unglamorous, the artifacts are spreadsheets and docs as much as screens, and a portfolio has to translate that without drowning in text or faking a highlight reel. I kept stalling on sites that took too long to build. AI made getting something live realistic. Building something restrained still wasn't quick, and that's the part that stayed mine to own.

The form is deliberately simple, with very little to maintain or keep current. The agent instructions help with the writing work: one can help you draft new case studies from a consult, the other audits AI writing against rules I authored so your writing still sounds human.

I built this to solve a real problem and it worked, so I thought I would share it. And honestly, the token bill for this very simple looking site is borderline indefensible and needs to be amortized across more than one person.
